Reservations Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Associate to manage incoming room bookings, handle guest inquiries via phone and email, and optimize room inventory to deliver exceptional booking experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
• Respond promptly and professionally to booking inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Upsell hotel room categories, packages, and amenities to maximize room revenue.
• Monitor room availability, daily rates, and special promotional packages.
• Work closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to accommodate special guest requests, group bookings, and VIP arrivals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality reservations, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with reservation software, Property Management Systems (PMS), or basic computer tools.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
• Residing in Tacloban or nearby areas.
• Can start immediately.
