Reservations Consultant - Mandarin Speaking

We're excited to be recruiting a full-time Reservations Consultant to join our vibrant Queenstown-based Contact Centre team.

As a Reservations Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for guest and agent enquiries received via phone, webchat, and email. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless experience from their very first interaction with us.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English (essential)

• Previous reservations experience (highly desirable)

• Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

• A proactive, professional, and personable communication style

• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required

• Solid numerical skills and confidence working with pricing and booking adjustments

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• A drive to succeed, with a passion for achieving sales targets

• The ability to build strong relationships with both guests and travel trade partners

• Hold a valid visa with full New Zealand working rights through to at least 31 March 2027
