What they need
Core Responsibilities
- Reservation Processing: Handle individual, group, corporate, and VIP reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels (GDS/IDS/PMS) with high accuracy.
- Revenue & Yield Support: Monitor room availability, rates, and demand trends to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while actively upselling suites and special packages.
- Guest Relations & Special Requests: Record and coordinate unique guest preferences, dietary needs, airport transfers, and VIP amenities with housekeeping and concierge teams.
- Policy & Rate Management: Explain cancellation terms, deposit requirements, and guarantee rules; input special rate codes (e.g., employee rates, loyalty tiers, wholesale blocks).
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare expected arrival lists, track future occupancy forecasts, update daily correspondence, and reconcile channel or virtual credit card billing.
