What they need
- Oversee the entire reservations function across a portfolio of hotel properties.
- Utilize Opera Cloud PMS, Synxis and Channel Manager systems for inventory management.
- Optimize room rate distribution across all channels, including OTAs, GDS and the hotel's direct website.
- Implement dynamic rate strategies in response to market demand and competitive set.
- Administer and maintain QTA Rack Rates within the Property Management System.
- Closely monitor channel performance, analyzing booking pace and conversion rates.
- Generate occupancy and revenue forecasts to inform inventory allocation.
- Align reservation tactics and promotional offers with sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide detailed management reports on bookings, ADR and pace.
- Strive to increase direct bookings and reduce reliance on high-commission OTAs.
- Lead and supervise the central reservations team.
- Apply meticulous attention to detail for all rate and inventory inputs.
- Draw on proven revenue management experience in a hotel or reservation setting.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role.
- Previous supervisory/management experience in a hotel or reservations setting is preferred.
