Reservations Manager

Duties

• Oversee the reservation system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms using excellent phone etiquette
• Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to confirm reservations and special requests
• Develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
• Train staff on reservation procedures, customer service standards, communication techniques
• Monitor reservation trends and provide reports to management for strategic planning and improvement initiatives

Experience

• Proven experience in hotel reservations management or a similar hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems and property management software
• Exceptional guest services skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment that demands multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of hotel operations and familiarity with the hospitality industry standards
