Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to join our Headquarter’s team in Athens to join the team and play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s success.

 The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the reservations process across city hotels in Athens. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the reservations team to ensure efficient handling of booking inquiries and guest reservations.
• Implement procedures to enhance reservation accuracy, reduce cancellations, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs), corporate clients, and travel partners.
• Ensure accurate input of reservation data in the PMS and other systems.
• Train the reservations team on upselling techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Monitor the quality of guest communication during the reservations process.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to reservations performance.
• Address guest inquiries or issues related to reservations promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from the booking stage through to check-out.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in reservations in the hospitality industry, preferably in city hotels.
• Strong knowledge of PMS (e.g., Opera, Protel, Optima) and Channel Managers.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with departments.
• Authorized to work in Greece
