Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Officer at Traevents Co. The Reservations Officer will be responsible for handling reservations, providing customer service, communicating with clients, facilitating sales, and managing airline ticketing.
Qualifications
- Reservations, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Sales and Airline Ticketing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
