Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, ensuring efficient resolution of guest inquiries.

• Assist and advise guests on activity choices.

• Make reservations based on guest requirements and budget.

• Check availability for desired travel dates.

• Suggest local attractions and plan travel itineraries.

• Process payments and send confirmation details.

• Resolve booking or reservation issues.

• Answer customer questions about the reservation process.

• Prepare quotations for group bookings and billing statements.

• Monitor and update Tour Guides' daily activities.

• Update websites and OTAs with activity itineraries.

• Support customers with reservation amendments or cancellations.

• Maintain professional relationships with reservation officers and supervise tour guides.

• Coordinate with Office Manager on any issues.
