What You'll Do:

• Embrace a resident-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity, regardless of their disease, diagnosis, or progression
• Cover a Part-Time PM Resident Assistant Shift
• Assist with scheduling care staff, while adhering to budgeted hours and filling vacant shifts on the floor as needed.
• Assist with personal care, medications, and mobility, you will find ways to bring smiles to the faces of those you serve
• Make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents

What You'll Need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of experience in assisted living or related health care field required
• CNA registration is preferred
• Successful completion of an Assisted Living training program is beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions
