Pay Opportunities*

• Full-Time 2nd Shift: $22+ per hour for committing to 72–80 hours per pay period
• Part-Time 2nd Shift: $17+ per hour for committing to 16 hours per pay period
• Additional $2 per hour for RAs who pass medications on their shift
• $600 Sign-On Bonus contingent upon working 64 committed hours per pay period

We are currently seeking:

• Full-Time – 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Part-Time – 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Resident Assistant/Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support while helping residents live as independently and comfortably as possible.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care
• Promote resident dignity, respect, and independence
• Support residents with their daily routines and needs
• Build positive relationships with residents and families
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members
• Work cooperatively as part of a dedicated care team
• Follow established care and safety procedures
• Help create a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment

Grow Your Skills

Shady Lane is committed to helping our employees develop their skills and advance their careers.

Interested in medication administration? We offer the CBRF Medication course to Resident Assistants who are interested in becoming qualified to pass medications. RAs who pass medications on their shift receive an additional $2 per hour.
