The Washington County Home is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Resident Assistants.

As a Resident Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping our residents maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence while assisting with their daily needs.

YOUR ROLE

Resident Assistant duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• Obtaining and recording vital signs
• Monitoring residents and reporting concerns to nursing staff
• Promoting resident safety and well-being
• Providing compassionate, respectful, person-centered care

Starting Pay: $15.95/hour
Shift differential, Holiday Pay.

CURRENT PART-TIME OPENINGS

We currently have four part-time positions available:

Days / Afternoons
1 position 1–3 shifts per week
6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Days
1 position 1–3 shifts per week
6:00 AM–2:00 PM

Midnights
1 position 1–3 shifts per week
10:00 PM–6:00 AM

Afternoons
1 position 1–3 shifts per week
2:00 PM–10:00 PM

MORE THAN A WORKPLACE

The Washington County Home is truly one of a kind.

Our beautiful facility sits on nearly 300 acres, providing a unique environment for both our residents and staff. We are expanding our farm-to-table approach, with fresh vegetables from our garden, beef from our own cattle, and eggs from our chickens.

Our facility operates as an assisted living facility and is governed by the Washington County Commissioners. The facility can hold 60 residents and we thoughtfully consider each admission to help ensure residents are a good fit within our community.
