Millstream Commons Assisted Living by Three Links Health Services is hiring for Part Time Days or Evenings **Resident Assistant (RA).**If you have a passion for seniors, come and join our high-quality team.

Part Time Days (6:00am - 2:00pm) or Evening (2:00pm - 10:00pm)

Hiring salary range: $19.67 - $21.51 depending upon experience

Part Time Days (6:00am - 2:00pm) or Evening (2:00pm - 10:00pm)

Requirement: 16+ years of age. This position requires an interest in learning. Treat residents with respect and courtesy. No CNA/NAR required.

The RA is responsible to demonstrate, and role model the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This position works collaboratively with members of the nursing team to provide direct care to residents based on the established plan of care.

RAs are responsible for:

• providing residents with personal care (including bathing, transfers, dressing, feeding, toileting, vital signs, etc.)
• reporting changes in resident condition,
• promoting resident independence by fostering self-help skills,
• keeping the resident areas safe and orderly,
• RAs are responsible for medication passing.
