Resident Assistant - Weekend Baylor Program

Are you ready to work just 2 days a week and get paid for 30 hours? This rare opportunity doesn’t come around often, and we have only one slot remaining!

Baylors who work two 12-hour shifts on a weekend (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, Saturday and Sunday) will receive incentive pay in the amount of 6 additional hours of pay at their regular rate (e.g. work 24 hours and get paid for 30 hours).

In this role, you’ll help residents maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with daily personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing, and other essential tasks. You’ll be providing hands-on support while building meaningful connections and making a tangible difference in the lives of seniors.
