Resident Building Services Engineer (RBSE)

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall coordination and full supervision of all E&M / building services installations on site.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of building services systems, and witness statutory tests.
• Resolve MEP design and site conflicts, and coordinate with the Building Services Designer (MME) on design clarification.
• Supervise and direct the building services site supervisory staff (e.g. BSI, MI, WS(BS)).
• Check the safety and environmental compliance of all building services works.

Requirements:

• Corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline, or equivalent qualification from a recognized professional body.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the design, supervision and coordination of building services, electrical or mechanical engineering works in building projects.
