About the Role: As a Resident Care Aide, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct care to residents in a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident condition or behavior
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to residents, including medication administration and vital sign monitoring
• Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards
• Respond to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
