We offer long-term care and respite services, providing a home style, hoslistic care to all seniors.

Resident Care Associate

Duties:

• Provide care services to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate staff members
• Assist with medication reminders and administration, following proper protocols
• Engage in meaningful interactions with residents, promoting socialization and companionship

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards elderly individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Patience and understanding when dealing with residents who may have physical or cognitive limitations

PRIMARLY LOOKING TO FILL WEEKEND & NIGHT SHIFTS

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
