Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the resident care team to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff to promote a supportive and safe living environment.
• Manage resident admissions, assessments, and ongoing care evaluations.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting related to resident care activities.
• Provide training and support to care staff to maintain high standards of resident care.
• Address and resolve resident and family concerns promptly and effectively.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting resident care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Resident Care Director or in a similar leadership role within healthcare or senior living facilities.
• Strong knowledge of resident care practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
• Relevant certifications or licenses as required by state regulations.
