Resident Concierge

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Resident Concierge to serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors for a senior living property in Orleans, Cape Cod. This energetic role involves providing exceptional customer service. The Resident Concierge plays a vital role in fostering a positive living environment and community engagement; this position is perfect for you!

Duties

-Responding to emergencies and medial pull cord lines promptly, calmly, and professionally.

-Assisting rescue with entering the building in the most effective way

-Set dining room tables for dinner and assist Chef with clean up

• Delivering newspapers.

-Preparing Coffee.

-Delivering meals and setting up dining room tables and assisting in serving food.

• Have the ability to communicate with residents clearly.

-Knowledge of media and music streaming and ability to assist residents.

• Must have an outgoing and cheerful personality.

-Walk the building and look for anything out of the ordinary. (Water stains, water leaks, etc).

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week

Work Location: In person
