Supervises the work of technical staff involving engineering analysis, highway design, structural design, maintenance, construction, and traffic engineering; Acts as the team lead engineer of an inspection staff; Engages in the performance of professional engineering work; Responsible for successful deliver of scope, schedule, and budget of assigned construction projects; Represents the customer before the public and other governmental agencies
Non-expired certs are a plus (ACI / ATTI / ATTSA / ECC)
