Resident Construction Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage site construction activities with a focus on piping installation.
• Supervise piping fabrication, erection, fit-up, welding, and installation.
• Review piping isometrics, P&IDs, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, mechanical, and commissioning teams.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, manpower, and site resources.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, project schedule, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, ASME codes, and quality standards.
• Resolve site technical issues and coordinate with clients and engineering teams.
• Oversee piping inspection, hydrotesting, reinstatement, and mechanical completion.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and HSE requirements.
• Prepare construction progress reports and attend project review meetings.
• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover.
