Tulips Clinic is looking for a committed, patient-focused Resident Doctor who wants more than a routine clinical role.

We are growing, and we are looking for a doctor who can grow with us — someone with strong clinical standards, a genuine passion for patient care, and the ambition to take on greater responsibilities over time.

For the right candidate, this role can develop into a Clinical Lead or Management position, with opportunities to be involved in service development, team leadership and clinic operations.

Your Role

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients from paediatrics to geriatrics.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform outpatient procedures, wound care, vaccinations and health screenings.
• Provide preventive healthcare, lifestyle and wellness counselling.
• Maintain accurate EMR and uphold MMC/MOH standards.
• Work closely with the clinic team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Contribute ideas to improve our clinical services, systems and operations.

We’re Looking For

• MBBS / MD or equivalent recognised by MMC.
• Fully registered with MMC with a valid APC.
• Completed compulsory government service.
• 2–3 years of post-housemanship experience, preferably in GP or primary care.
• Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
• Compassionate, responsible and patient-focused.
• A proactive mindset with leadership potential and a desire to grow.

Experience in minor procedures, ultrasound, preventive healthcare, wellness or men's health is an advantage.
