Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer with strong consultant-side experience in managing high-rise projects from project commencement through final handover.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of overall experience with a consultant.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically as a Resident Engineer.
• Mandatory experience working on multiple high-rise projects.
• Strong experience in managing projects from start to completion and final handover.
• Proven experience in consultant-side project supervision and site management.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of project documentation, inspections, approvals, and handover procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Resident Engineer representing the consultant on high-rise projects.
• Supervise and monitor construction activities from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or technical issues.
• Review and coordinate inspections, material approvals, technical submissions, and site activities.
• Ensure proper completion of snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Maintain project records, reports, and relevant site documentation.
• Resolve site-related technical and coordination issues in a timely manner.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
