Resident Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, contract requirements & specifications and relevant statutory regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare site report, inspection records, meeting minutes, and other technical documentation.
• Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues on site.

Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Registered with BEM as a Graduate Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in supervision in infrastructure and/or building construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively manage site operations.
