Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation, repair, and maintenance of MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary) equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and government regulations.
• Review tenant MEPFS plans and monitor renovation/construction activities for compliance.
• Manage preventive maintenance activities, contractors, and engineering projects.
• Monitor mall utilities such as water and electricity consumption and recommend improvements.
• Act as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and ensure compliance with DENR environmental requirements, permits, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (PRC).
• With at least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management.
• With 2 years of relevant experience in Environmental Management (DENR/LLDA-related).
• Knowledgeable in safety standards, facility operations, and regulatory compliance.
