We are looking for a site engineer in Electrical / Mechanical disciplines to work on the below project. 

• Type: Data Center Fit-Out
• Working Location: Tsuen Wan
• Expected Starting Date: Oct 2026
• Contract Period: 9-Month basis

Responsibilities:

• Full-time on-site Engineer
• Responsible for coordination with client, consultants & contractors
• Review & advise on technical submissions and method statements related to MEP installation
• Responsible for site Installation Quality Control including carry out quality checks and identify installation defects related to MEP installation
• Liaise with contractors for execution of rectification
• Prepare reports and keep records of works / testing carried out
• Provide constructive advice and guidance to Client & Contractors
• Lead and manage contractors to ensure the overall standard practice/procedure is attained
• Identify appropriate measures to mitigate potential risks

Requirements:

• Over 8 years of relevant construction experience
• Data Center experience is preferable
• Degree holder in Electrical / Building Services / Mechanical or relevant disciplines
• Good knowledge of site management and coordination
• Good knowledge in resolving construction issue
• Good communication & report writing skill
• Familiar with building and construction regulation
• Experiences in statutory procedures in Government Department
