We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Self Storage Resident Manager to oversee daily operations at our storage facility. The Resident Manager will be responsible for maintaining the facility, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with rental inquiries, payments, and account management
• Maintain the cleanliness, security, and overall appearance of the storage facility
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and security protocols are followed
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenant records accurately
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor and report on facility performance and maintenance needs
• Promote additional services and rental opportunities to maximize occupancy
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Self Storage Management, customer service, or related fields preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with management software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Requirements:

Position requires six days per week. Must live onsite. Heavy lifting may be required. Cleaning and tools handling.
