Resident Manager

Overview

We are seeking a professional, reliable individual or couple to manage two multi-residential apartment buildings to oversee day-to-day management, foster positive resident relationships, and ensure the smooth functioning of residential communities. Your leadership will create a welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home, all while maintaining operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. Prefer live in.

Duties

• Manage daily property operations, including rent collection, leasing, lease administration, renewals, move-ins/move-out processes efficiently, maintenance coordination or completing minor maintenance, cleaning of common areas and suites on turnover, data entry and resident relations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly with a friendly and professional approach
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the property
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold safety standards and property appearance
• Facilitate lease terms and resolve any conflicts that may arise effectively
• Responding to resident inquiries and emergencies as required

Skills

• Previous residential property management experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills with excellent administrative skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and clarity with residents and vendors
• Valid driver's license is required

Pay: $40,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
