Resident Mine Manager

1.Overall leadership and direction for all mine site operations in accordance with the company's goals and objectives; 2. Oversee mining, planning, grade control, engineering, geology, environmental management, safety and health, social development activities and programs implementations, to ensure regular and timely compliance; 3. Develop operational strategies to achieve production targets while maintaining operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness; 4. Lead, mentor and collaborate with department heads and site personnel to foster a high performing and smooth functional organization; 5. Knowledgeable with Philippine Mining Act, DENR-MGB, EMB and other concerned regulatory agencies applicable related laws which includes but not limited to environmental, safety and health standards, social development, among others; 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies, local government units, host communities, contractors and other stakeholders; 7. Represent the company during regulatory inspections, audits, stakeholders' meetings.
