Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and responsible residential Camp Counselors to join our campus team this summer. Outset’s camp counselors gain real leadership and youth mentorship experience while working alongside a dedicated group of their peers and under the supervision of an experienced Camp Director. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for working with teens in an academic setting. This is a residential position and you are required to stay overnight in dorms from Sunday - Friday each week of our program.
