Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Resident Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property in Tirupati. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hotel room operations, team management, guest satisfaction, and property performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily property operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments related to hotel rooms.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and housekeeping.
• Supervise and motivate the Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
• Monitor room inventory, occupancy, room readiness, and overall property performance.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with central teams for recruitment, maintenance, and operational support.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel room operations or property management is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Ability to handle guest concerns and manage daily operational challenges.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work at the Tirupati location.
