Lincoln Professional is hiring a Resident Relations Associate at a premier residential community in Alexandria, VA. We are seeking someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating an outstanding resident experience.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Some Saturdays, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and provide exceptional customer service
• Process lease renewals, notices to vacate, move-ins, and move-outs
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up
• Prepare resident correspondence, notices, and documentation
• Maintain resident files and property records
• Support occupancy, collections, and resident retention efforts
• Utilize Yardi for resident account administration and property operations
• Partner with onsite teams to create a first-class resident experience

Qualifications

• Previous property management, apartment leasing, or resident relations experience required
• Yardi experience required
• Experience with lease renewals and notices to vacate
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
