Resident Service Aide

Opening for an individual to work up to 40 hours a week for third shift (9 or 11 p.m. start to 7 a.m.) and some possible second shifts, approximately 3 to 11 p.m. Shifts times can be flexible. Includes weekends.

Resident service aides assist people with mental illness through conversation, medication administration and being available to assist with crisis needs. No personal care or hands on assistance is provided to residents.

The staff members of Bletzinger House break down barriers for individuals with mental illness by providing a pathway to recovery in a residential setting.

Through personalized rehabilitation systems encompassing mental health, daily living skills and community integration, Bletzinger house advocates growth in the areas of self sufficiency and independence Comprehensive services make Bletzinger House a hub of personalize recovery and growth in the areas of medication observation (helping residents administer meds), mental and physical health monitoring, skill development and wellness management.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
