Resident Services Associate

Job Overview
Be the face of the organization! Provide amazing customer service as the first point of contact for owners, visitors, and delivery companies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
• Schedule appointments and maintain deliveries, moves, guest suites calendars
• Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
• Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
• Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
• Accept mail, packages, etc. and distribute to residents and staff
• Pack and mail packages through USPS, UPS and FedEx
• Use office equipment including computer, copier/fax/scanner, postage, laminating machine
• Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
• Previous Front Desk experience in a higher end hotel or premier club preferred
• Proficient in using computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to pick up packages of up to 20lbs
• Strong clerical skills with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
