Role Description

• Manage the customer interface on technical matters across carlines.
• Act as the technical counterpart for the customer, including technical discussions and reliability reviews.
• Transfer requirements from the customer to the engineering organization.
• Support the planning, documentation and release of components with the customer.
• Develop the vehicle integration test plan and test facilities and analyse test results.
• Monitor agreed development goals such as time schedule and functionality through internal and external system validation.
• Manage local suppliers to achieve objectives regarding functionality and time schedule.
• Serve as the contact person for internal departments, suppliers and the customer (OEM).
• Swedish language speaking person is preferred. Could be added advantage.

Skills and Proven Experience

• Proven experience managing customer interfaces, technical topics and projects.
• Strong team-working, communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter, able to prioritize and plan effectively.
• Senior experience in vehicle architectures and feature development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to innovative ideas.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
• Financial focus.
• Exceptional approach to work and finding solutions under stress, with both the customer and the central engineering department.
• B.E. or Masters in Electronics, or Electrical, Electronics And Telecommunication.
