Resident Technical Officer (Architectural)

• Responsible for accomplishing the project within the constraints
• Responsible for overall planning, controlling , monitoring and managing project resources to the best meet
• Manage , monitor and coordinate consultants to ensure compliance with authorities and requirements
• Initiate value engineering and able to cut costs for projects
• lead team to complete drawings for submission
• Manage contractual issues and disputes with sub-contractors and clients
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and drawings
• Supervise archi works and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcons for technical matters
• Coordinate across disciplines (Archi/Structural/M&E) to identify and resolve clashes
• Prepare and develop detailed drawings and documentation
• Handle submissions and reviews of architectural materials, sample boards, and shop drawings with consultants

Requirements :

• Degree in Architecture or Building
• Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in Autocad, Revit and sketchup
• Knowledge of local building regulations, submission processes
• strong understanding of architectural specifications and technical coordination requirements
