Resident Technical Officer, Water Project (East)

Your impact

We would like to hire a Resident Technical Officer to join our Water team working on CNF3 project, located at Tanah Merah. It is a 5.5 days working week onsite role.

Jacobs's role is Client's Representative doing the construction supervision work.

Main duties

• Supervise the execution of the construction works including temporary works for pipe laying, pipe jacking works and construction of chambers
• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Monitor the Contractor’s progress and performance and maintain proper site records of the works.
• Take photos of the worksite and update The Client with proper labels through email / WhatsApp on a daily basis.
• Keep and maintain proper site records and documentation, e.g. attendance records of PM, RTO, STO, Professional Engineers and contractor’s site personnel
• Keep records of diary, record books, schedule of works, records of inspection/checklists and approvals for concreting, test records, test certificates.

Here's what you'll need

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• RTO registration with IES/JAC.
• Relevant experience in PUB Water projects and be available to work 5.5 days in a week.
