Duties

• Supervise daily activities of residents to promote safety, engagement, and positive behavior management
• Maintain resident confidentiality while documenting progress through accurate data entry
• Conduct safety checks and ensure a safe environment for all residents and staff
• Assist with community care activities, working with culturally diverse communities and underserved populations
• Facilitate communication between residents and their families to foster trust and transparency
• Respond promptly to emergencies using CPR, first aid skills, and crisis intervention protocols

Skills

• Supervising experience in residential or community settings with high-risk populations
• Excellent conflict management, de-escalation techniques, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to handle manual tasks safely while supporting resident needs through medication administration or physical assistance
• Exceptional communication skills for resident interaction, documentation, and team collaboration
