Residential Behavior Interventionist - Ryan Road

The Developmental Services Residential Programming at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to provide support to people with emotional and behavioral challenges in both community and residential settings.

What You'll Do: As a Residential Behavior Interventionist, you’ll play a vital role in creating a structured, therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a strong, calm presence
• A commitment to therapeutic engagement and meaningful connection
• The ability to foster consistency and structure in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, or mental health conditions is ideal
• Experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
