• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Sunrise Residential Rehabilitation Program. What You’ll Do:

• Monitor residential homes daily to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Support residents in developing independent living skills
• Monitor medications and document services in the electronic health record (training provided)
• Assist with recreational, social, and community outings
• Transport residents to medical appointments and community activities using agency vehicles
• Maintain accurate daily documentation and shift notes
• Promote a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required
• One (1) year of experience in mental health, human services, or social services preferred
  • Residential experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional maturity
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure
• Basic computer literacy required
