Residential CDL Class B Driver – Automated Side Loader

Waste Away Express, Inc. is currently hiring a dependable and safety-minded CDL Class B Driver to operate an automated side-loading residential garbage truck. This position is responsible for servicing residential customers on assigned routes while maintaining a high level of safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate an automated side-loading garbage truck on residential routes.

Use the automated arm to service residential carts.

Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Follow all DOT, state, and company safety regulations.

Complete daily route and inspection paperwork.

Report vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.

Maintain a professional attitude with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications:

Valid Class B CDL required.

Clean driving record.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Strong attention to safety and detail.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Previous waste industry or automated side-loader experience is a plus, but not required.
