• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic living environments.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to preserve flooring quality.
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies safely and efficiently.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment for tasks like carpet cleaning or outdoor work to deliver thorough results.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional conduct.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly desirable, with familiarity in janitorial or custodial roles preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards is essential for delivering high-quality service.
• Experience with various cleaning detergents and equipment ensures efficient task completion while adhering to safety protocols.
• Strong time management skills are necessary to complete scheduled tasks promptly without compromising quality.
