Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced residential cleaning contractor to join our team long-term. This position is part-time to start, with room to grow into more hours and higher pay as you prove yourself. We're specifically looking for someone who wants this to be a lasting role, not a short-term stopgap.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and great attention to detail in all tasks.
• Follow company guidelines and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of previous experience in residential cleaning is required.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Looking for stable, long-term work — not a stepping stone to something else.
