Residential Cleaner

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through specialized care such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to uphold health standards in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
• Conduct janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restroom maintenance, and replenishing supplies
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
• Support housekeeping management with routine inspections and reporting on cleanliness levels

Experience

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality environments preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products used for floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or housekeeper management is a plus
• Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation is desirable
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

Pay: $15.50 - $21.50 per hour
