Residential Cleaner / Independent Contractor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients.

Duties

• Perform general house cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including countertops, appliances, and dishes
• Make beds and change linens
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes -
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and address their needs -
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred
• Knowledge of various cleaning methods and materials
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
