Our Role As a Residential Concierge (internally known as a Resident Experience Team Member), you’re the friendly face, the calm in the chaos, and the reason our residents say, 'I love living here.' You’ll be right at the heart of our Build-to-Rent community, making every interaction feel easy, warm and genuinely human.

Reporting to the Resident Experience Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities Include

• Provide warm, professional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections, and apartment viewings.
• Take initiative in resolving resident concerns, ensuring timely and thorough follow-through.
• Maintain strong working relationships with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold residents’ rights, privacy, and safety while actively contributing to emergency response procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate registered with Consumer Affairs VIC
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
• Confident problem solving and decision making ability
• Entry level leasing experience
