Residential Construction Field Supervisor

Mainely Renovations Group is looking for a dependable, experienced construction lead to help organize residential remodeling projects and keep our crews moving.

We handle kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, and other renovations. You’ll work directly with the owners, coordinate daily job needs, and provide hands-on help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Get crews started with clear instructions, priorities, and an understanding of the work.
• Travel between job sites to check progress, workmanship, and upcoming needs.
• Make sure materials, tools, and information are ready so crews can work efficiently.
• Handle material pickups, deliveries, and other job-related errands.
• Coordinate with the owners, crews, and subcontractors as schedules and priorities change.
• Identify problems early and communicate what’s needed to resolve them.
• Help with smaller construction tasks, punch-list items, and crew support when coordination duties allow.
• Share brief job updates and photos with the owners.
• Help maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.

What the role looks like

Some days will involve more coordination and errands; others will involve more hands-on work. Both are part of this position. You must be comfortable adjusting priorities and moving between projects as needed.

We’re looking for someone who plans ahead, follows through, and takes initiative without needing constant direction.

Qualifications

• Solid residential remodeling experience and an understanding of how jobs progress.
• Experience leading workers or coordinating construction projects.
• Ability to understand plans, measurements, and job scopes and explain them clearly.
• Practical construction skills and attention to workmanship.
• Strong communication, organization, and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, messages, and job photos.
