Job Overview

Stately Homes has been building in the Houston area for over 20 years. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Construction Manager to lead and oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage 10+ homes, manage project schedules, and deliver high-quality homes on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building exceptional custom homes.

Duties

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to foster collaboration and accountability
• Oversee construction schedule coordination using project management software such as Builder Trend to meet deadlines
• Review construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with regulations
• Monitor construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe working environment
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality standards, and adherence to specifications

Skills

• Extensive experience with residential construction management. 5+ years
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Builder Trend
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately
• Skilled in project scheduling and coordination to ensure timely completion of all phases of construction projects
• Proven leadership in managing teams within a fast-paced construction environment with excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of construction regulations related to residential building codes and safety standards

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
