Residential Crew Tech / Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP) Tech

Bridges Community Action Partnership is seeking Weatherization Crew Members to join our Residential Services Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete home repairs and weatherization needed for each job according to the specific program standards.
• Perform general activities involving insulation, air sealing, minor plumbing, frame building, painting, and other duties as assigned.
• Perform general warehouse activities involving loading and unloading vehicles, sorting and stocking materials, equipment, and other related duties.
• Must be able to climb ladders, work in tight quarters and unclean conditions at times.
• Must be able to stand 8.5 hours or more a day if needed.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be able to work with and be sensitive to the needs of low-income, elderly and/or minority residents.

Required skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Valid driver's license and insurable
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions.
