We share what we know. The team gets better when knowledge moves around it, and that's how we've picked up the townhouse, brownfield and steel frame work we weren't doing two years ago.

The work

Sketch design and concept development. Technical detailing through to working drawings. Steel frame documentation. Compliance across NCC, R-Codes, shire and developer guidelines. Townhouse and multi-unit work, including brownfield site constraints.

You'll work alongside sales, prestart and construction to sort issues before they reach site.

What you need

Strong ArchiCAD and 4D Library experience.

Solid WA residential drafting experience and a working knowledge of local approvals.

The judgement to pick up a constraint early rather than find it on site.

Steel frame, townhouse or multi-unit experience is a real advantage. Good single-residential fundamentals and an appetite to learn the rest will also get you a conversation.

What we offer

Base salary from $85,000 plus superannuation, scaled to experience and exposure. Where you sit depends on the depth of your sketch, brownfield, townhouse and steel frame work, not years on a CV.

A performance-based incentive of up to 12% of base salary on top of that.

If you're earlier in your career but bring the right attitude, we're interested. We'll provide training, mentoring and a clear path for both capability and remuneration to grow.

If you bring strong demonstrated experience, we're open to discussing a package well above the starting salary.
