Residential Engineer (Real Estate)

Job Summary

The Residential Property Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper, orderly, cost-effective, and timely maintenance of completed subdivision projects. The role also handles the turnover of completed housing units to buyers and processes various buyer-related requests.

• Oversee the timely implementation of maintenance activities for completed subdivision projects, including subdivision amenities and facilities.
• Review and evaluate service provider and contractor documents before processing billings.
• Work closely with subdivision officers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth subdivision operations.
• Coordinate meetings with homeowners to address their concerns and issues.
• Supervise other income-generating activities, such as water services.
• Maintain and update technical records, including approved house construction plans, as-built plans, turnover documents, facility repair records, and related expenditures.

Working Experience

• with 3 years of rank-and-file experience or 2 years of supervisory experience in Real Estate such as Residential Housing and Memorial Projects

Educational Background

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Licensed Civil Engineer

Work Location

• Head Office - Brgy. Makiling, Calamba City Laguna

Working Schedule

• Monday to Thursday - 7am - 6pm and every Friday 7am - 4pm
